As Trinidad and Tobago braces for the effects of Hurricane Beryl, some organisations have announced their closure on July 1, as a safety precaution.
The TT Energy Chamber, in a release, said its Learning Centre will remain closed on July 1.
Similarly, UWI issued a notice yesterday saying its St Augustine campus will be closed to the public. Only essential personnel such as emergency services and campus security will be present.
"The safety of our staff and students is our highest priority," UWI said.
