Press Release:- The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs today Sunday August 29, 2021 confirmation was received of 61 new cases of COVID-19. These cases were processed at the Ezra Long Laboratory on Saturday August 28, 2021 from a batch of 296 samples. These new cases bring the total number of cases diagnosed in country to date to 8111. Confirmation was also received of the recovery of 33 COVID-19 cases bringing the current number of active cases in country to date to 1970.
