Police are investigating the discovery of a man's body at Talvern, Babonneau, on Wednesday. A resident of the community discovered the body in some bushes at the back of a house at about 6:25 am and summoned the police. The deceased had apparent chop wounds, leading investigators to suspect a homicide.
