Choiseul MP, Bradley Felix, has confirmed reports that United Workers Party (UWP) Chairman, Pinkley Francis, has resigned. 'I got a call from the Chairman, Mr. Pinkley Francis, this morning indicating to me that he had submitted his resignation. He did not want me to hear it from a third source, so he thought the courteous thing to do was to inform me,' Felix told St Lucia Times.
