When Gloria Wilson arrived in Crown Heights from Trinidad in the 1970s, she was one of a wave of West Indian immigrants. By the time she passed in 2004, she had legally - as she thought - passed everything to her daughter, Nicole Cumberbatch, but as it turns out that may not have been the case.
