[ANGOP] Luanda -- The Angolan Head of State, João Lourenço, on Wednesday ended the mandate of André Mendes de Carvalho, as member of the Council of the Republic, and, subsequently, designated Manuel Fernandes, president of CASA-CE, as member of the referred organ.
