Justice Ayokunle Faji of a Federal High Court, Lagos, has ordered the final forfeiture of $1,426,175.14 linked to the embattled former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, to the Federal Government. The judge made the order after hearing a motion filed and argued by the counsel to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mrs. Bilkisu Buhari.
