[Daily Maverick] MTN has teamed up with the Silk Road Fund, China's state-owned investment fund that mostly bankrolls infrastructure, energy and resource projects, to buy one of two telecommunications licences in Ethiopia. It joins Vodacom in the race to enter Ethiopia.
