On Tuesday, President Joe Biden delivered the first State of the Union Address of his presidency. The speech comes at a particularly trying time for the United States and the world, with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic , anti-democratic political movements, economic challenges and the recent Russian invasion of Ukraine all creating panic and danger on levels that have not been seen in some time. Biden had a difficult task to accomplish, attempting to offer reassurance, strength and a path forward for the country and the world.
