Attorney General’s Office may amend its complaint against JPMorgan Chase to add a claim that the bank obstructed enforcement of the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Act in its business dealings with the late disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, the judge overseeing the case ruled Monday.
