The United States Senate has passed the ‘Haiti Development, Accountability and Institutional Transparency Initiative Act’, or HR. 2471, which measures the progress of post-disaster recovery and promotes efforts to address corruption, governance, rule of law and media freedoms in the French-speaking Caribbean country.
