Une mission de l'UE en Arménie pour aider à délimiter les frontières avec l'Azerbaïdjan

À l'issue d'une réunion quadripartite qui s'est terminée tard dans la nuit de jeudi à vendredi à Prague, l'Arménie, l'Azerbaïdjan, la France et l'Union européenne ont annoncé l'envoi d'une "mission civile" de l'UE début octobre afin de "contribuer aux commissions de délimitation des frontières" entre Bakou et Erevan.
