[Independent (Kampala)] Entebbe -- Brigadier General Stephen Kigundu, the Deputy Commandant of the Air Defense Forces is dead. The Defense Spokesperson, Brigadier General Felix Kulayigye announced Kigundu's demise in a brief statement issued on Sunday evening.
