MONTEGO BAY, St James - Under 50 trainee cops, deployed across the Area One Police Division, were unable to cast their ballots yesterday as their names did not appear on the voters' list for members of the security forces.The Area One Police Division encompasses the parishes of Trelawny, St James, Hanover, and Westmoreland.
