[Reporter] Decorated with banners and posters bearing pictures of candidates for Somaliland's parliamentary and local council elections, the streets of the capital Hargeisa and the regions were calling for the electorate to cast their votes for the candidates they prefer. Preparations for the Monday May 31, 2021 elections have been going on for months.
