[New Times] Public institutions in Rwanda will soon be required to prioritise green procurement practices that emphasise eco-friendly goods and services so as to enhance their contribution to environmental protection, according to Joyeuse Uwingeneye, the Director General of Rwanda Public Procurement Authority.
