One of the outstanding characteristics of the rebirth of Rwanda is the astonishing number of humanitarian organizations that have sprung up across the country in the 28 years since the Tutsi genocide. While all the efforts I have observed were heartfelt and effective in their own way, MindLeaps spontaneously moved me to tears in a way that only happens with art.
