Le général Brice Oligui Nguema, à la tête du coup d'État qui a renversé Ali Bongo il y a cinq jours au Gabon, a officiellement prêté serment lundi en tant que président de ce qu'il décrit comme une transition. Il n'a pas précisé la durée de cette période de transition, mais s'est engagé à mettre en place des institutions plus démocratiques en vue d'élections futures.
