[Vanguard] The Minister of Transport, Mr. Chibuike Amaechi, said yesterday that approval was duly secured in the award of the $195.3 million Integrated National Security and Waterways Protection Infrastructure in Nigeria, otherwise called Deep Blue, to HSL International Limited.
