The 22-year-old rapper is due in court on May 16 to face federal firearms charges, and he could be hit with up to 7 years behind bars if convicted. However, defense attorney Drew Findling says that he’s confident that the rapper won’t face time, mainly because a judge recently ruled to suppress crucial video evidence against NBA YoungBoy. “We’re 100 percent convinced of his innocence, and now we have to continue to evaluate our strategy,” said defense attorney Drew Findling. “The unconstitutionality of law enforcement was clearly evident to the court and resulted in a slew of evidence of being thrown out.
