Law enforcement authorities in Martinique seized over 600 kilos of cocaine in the fishing community of Vauclin last week and arrested seven individuals during a night time operation, local reports say.Officers moved in after the suspects, who were being monitored, began loading multiple bales from a boat onto a van that was parked near the beach.RCI.FM reported that the law enforcement officials seized more than 657 kilos of cocaine, mobile telephones and a GPS device.The suspects, six Martinique nationals and a  Venezuelan, are currently in custody as investigations continue.
