One man was killed early Wednesday in a two-car accident that took place on Route 703, Orange Grove Road, in the vicinity of the former St. Dunstan’s Episcopal School on St. Croix. The V.I. Police Department identified the victim as 35-year-old Sito Martin of Constitution Hill.
