[Observer] Eugene L. Fahngon, Deputy Minister for Press and Public Affairs at the Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism (MICAT), has predicted that President George Weah's second term bid might flop if corrective measures are not taken in the remaining years of his presidency.
