[New Dawn] Residents of Nimba County in Loelay, Gbehlay District #3 have petitioned Vision of Liberia Transformation Party (VOLT) political leader Dr. Jeremiah Z. Whapoe to contest for Liberia's presidency in the 2023 general and presidential elections.
