Judge rules Texas prisons' lack of air conditioning unconstitutional - Dallas Examiner

U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman ruled that housing Texas prison inmates in sweltering facilities lacking air conditioning is "plainly unconstitutional" and the plaintiffs will have to move towards a trial to determine the best course of action.
