'I could put names and faces to some of these deaths': State report shows Black Infant Mortality rate is higher than others

From 2012-2021, the Nebraska Child Death Review Team reported the infant mortality rate for African-American babies was 11.6 per 1,000 live births. All other races had less than 6 per 1,000.
