Two projects which could result in homes for Government Employees’ Retirement System members are being reconsidered after a decade of inactivity. Both properties are owned by the GERS and had gone through the Department of Natural Resources approval process and Senate zoning in early 2013. Both would be multi-use developments combining business and residential.
