A 30 year industry veteran, Earl Tate has a wide range of expertise in staffing, consulting, and business development. For 25 years, Mr. Tate served as the Founder and President of Staffing Solutions, a staffing services company offering medical, accounting/finance, IT, insurance benefits, and clerical support services. Mr. Tate has held several key roles in the staffing/recruitment field such as: President (where he helped grow a company from $3.5 million in sales to nearly $35 million in sales in five years) and Regional Sales Manager (of a national pharmaceutical company), as well as Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager. Mr. Tate has been responsible for worldwide sales and helped develop various sales teams and account managers.
