Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson decried the “ongoing disease” of racism and police violence as he became the latest high profile figure to express outrage over the death of George Floyd.
Floyd, a Black man, died in Minneapolis on Monday after he was handcuffed and a police officer knelt on his neck.
Good men,” wrote Johnson, noting the “cop code” grants officers ”the authority to use force if your life is in danger.”
Four Minneapolis police officers were fired following Floyd’s death.
