Derica W. Rice is Executive Vice President, Global Services and Chief Financial Officer at Eli Lilly and Company, a leading innovation driven corporation, with a growing portfolio of pharmaceutical products and over 40,000 employees worldwide.

In this role, Rice has responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer, including the ongoing global services design project, as well as I.T. and Six Sigma. Rice is also a member of the company’s executive committee and operations committee. Rice joined the company in 1990 as an International Treasury Associate.

Rice serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Clarian Health North and The Center for Leadership Development. Rice also serves as a member of the Indiana University Board of Trustees and the Board of Governors of the Indianapolis Museum of Art.
