Le 26 août 1973, l’opposant tchadien Outel Bono était assassiné en plein Paris. En dépit de révélations venues du Tchad, puis de l’identification par les enquêteurs d’un suspect, la procédure s’est terminée par un non-lieu en avril 1982. RFI et France 24 ont reconstitué, sur la base d’archives parfois inédites, de témoignages et de travaux de chercheurs le fil de cette affaire. Dans ce deuxième volet nous revenons sur l'enquête et l'entourage proche du médecin tchadien.
