A French Navy vessel is due in Martinique later this week with over 100 tonnes of oxygen for the Island's University Hospital which is struggling to cope with a worrying fourth COVID-19 wave. The vessel, Dumont d'Urville, set sail for the French Caribbean territory Sunday night. 'The oxygen production capacities on the island by Air Liquide are now exceeded. We also get supplies from Trinidad and Tobago where Air Liquide's head office is located, where production capacities are greater than that of Martinique, but even that may not be enough,' the Director of the Regional Health Agency, Dr. Jérôme Viguier,
