Pursuant to the special conditions of CZM Permit No. CZT-10-22(L), the upcoming construction of a five-story, 126-room hotel with parking facilities and a visitor welcome center is scheduled to begin later this month, according to a press release issued by the Government Employees’ Retirement System, in conjunction with Haven Development, LLC.
