Cathy Ross

Cathy Ross retired as Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President from FedEx Express after 30 years. In this role, Ross was responsible for the company’s worldwide financial affairs, including financial planning, reporting and analysis, accounting and controls as well as long-range strategic planning.

Ross is a five-time recipient of the FedEx Express Five Star Award, the company’s top employee honor. She is a three-time recipient of the CEO Five Star Award in further recognition of her numerous outstanding contributions to the business.

In 2013, Ross was inducted into the University of Memphis Fogelman College of Business “Hall of Fame.” Ross currently serves on Boards for the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis and The Child Advocacy Center in Memphis.

Ross earned a Bachelor’s degree from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
