Stewart Rhodes, le fondateur de la milice d'extrême droite Oath Keepers, ainsi que quatre autres membres du groupe sont jugés aux États-Unis pour "sédition", un rare chef d'inculpation passible de 20 ans de prison. Ils sont accusés d'avoir "comploté afin de s'opposer par la force au transfert légal du pouvoir présidentiel" le 6 janvier 2021, lorsque le Capitole a été attaqué par des partisans de Donald Trump.
