[The Herald] Zanu PF candidate for Mbizo Constituency in Kwekwe, Cde Vongaishe Mupereri, says he is optimistic of winning the seat as residents have realised that their gamble of voting the opposition has led to massive infrastructure decay, especially roads, while garbage is not collected over long periods of time due to corruption and incompetence.
