80th Birthday Celebration for Mrs. Barbara Black Coleman In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and shelter-in-place ordinances, several families across our nation have put together birthday celebrations with proper social distancing standards. On Saturday, May 9, 2020, family members of Mrs. Barbara Black Coleman of Jonesboro, Georgia had an 80th birthday celebration for her. A parade of motorcycles, cars and emergency vehicles proceeded for Coleman, born on May 11, 1940. Coleman worked for the Atlanta Police Department (APD) for about 13 years, with a total of about 20 years
