The winners of the 2021 Barbados Flame Gospel Awards will be announced on Sunday  in an online pay per view show scheduled for 9 p.m. in the second annual virtual ceremony. The show will be hosted by award winning Radio announcer from WLIB New York, Liz Black, and will feature several overseas acts including Sinach and Ada Ehi from Nigeria. The legendary Donnie Mc Clurkin will also be featured along with Grammy and Dove awards winners, Lauren Daigle and Tauren Wells in addition to Worship singer Noel Robinson from the UK. Featured artistes from the Caribbean include former calypso queens Michelle Sylvester and Denyse Plummer from Trinidad and Tobago along with ex-dancehall queen Chavelle Franklyn now a prominent recording artiste with worldwide recogition. Carrying the local flag will be Toni Norville who is presently based in Atlanta, Trinity Clarke, Donella, Pasquin, Everdene and Ki’Ann Browne. Also featured in the show for the first time will be a Red Carpet segment highlighting four Christian designers in Ryki De Jude, Makeitha Allman, Rachel Scott,  and Kathy Ann Pile. Awards will be presented in 12 categories and these include Caribbean Song of the year and International song of the year for which Kanye West is a nominee. After the release of the show, the production will be broadcast on over 40 TV channels in the Caribbean, North and South America as well as Europe and Australasia in the new year. There will be no Awards show in 2022 but the next live show is scheduled for March 2023 offshore.
