[SPS] Brussels -- Spain has a legal, historical, political and moral responsibility towards the Sahrawi people, and must assume its role in achieving the decolonization of occupied Western Sahara, affirmed the President of the Republic, Secretary- General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali.
