In a high-stakes Monday night meeting, the Territorial Committee of the V.I. Democratic Party demonstrated the territory’s significant influence on the national stage by unanimously voting to support U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris in her bid for the Democratic Party nomination. As states and territories nationwide consolidate their support, the V.I. delegation to convention, led by chair Carol Burke, is now moving swiftly to ensure all 13 delegates also back Harris.
