MANDEVILLE, Manchester - The Jamaica Labour Party has named former candidate for the Kingston Central constituency Robert Chin as its new standard-bearer in Manchester Southern. He will be going up against sitting People's National Party (PNP) Member of Parliament (MP) Michael Stewart.
