[Monitor] Yoweri Museveni Tibuhaburwa Kaguta, the president-elect, has asked the Supreme Court to dismiss with costs the presidential poll petition lodged against him by his political rival Robert Kyagulanyi, aka Bobi Wine, for being filed late, among other grounds.
