[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala, Uganda -- Legislators have called for an audit into Kampala Capital City Authority's (KCCA) expenditure of the Shs3 billion allocated for rehabilitation, removal, tracing and resettlement of Karimojong children on the streets of Kampala.
