[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala, Uganda -- On December 9, President Yoweri Museveni joined the new Inspector General of Government (IGG), Beti Kamya, after she persuaded him to launch the lifestyle audit, a new anti-corruption drive spearheaded by the Inspectorate of Government (IG).
