[Observer] It's a blame game yet again for the low performance of candidates in science subjects. At the release of the 2020 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) held at State House in Nakasero last week, government was proud of investing in the remuneration of science teachers and construction and equipping of science laboratories but performance remained dismal in national examinations.
