[Tunis Afrique Presse] Tunis/Tunisia -- Prime Minister Najla Bouden said Friday the government started developing a draft agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on a new programme "which is expected to send positive signals to foreign investors and friendly countries and help Tunisia improve its sovereign rating."
