[Tunis Afrique Presse] Tunis/Tunisia -- The Competition Council has issued a substantive ruling under which it fined 21 private clinics and four sector-related union chambers 10.7 million dinars over unilateral increase in tariffs of some health services subject to contract with CNAM.
