Tobago now has 270 active covid19 cases after 40 new cases were reported.
The island’s covid19 death toll stands at 240.
In a statement on Wednesday, The THA Division of Health, Wellness and Social Protection said 18 people are currently hospitalised, five of whom are fully vaccinated and 13 unvaccinated.
The division said there are 6,602 recovered patients.
