Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said Tuesday that he would sign a bill that would allow Texans to carry a handgun without a permit, according to the Texas Tribune. 'I support it, and I believe it should reach my desk, and we should have 'constitutional carry' in Texas,' Abbott told WBAP radio host Rick Roberts.
