[Radio Dabanga] Khartoum -- Sudan will withdraw from the current round of negotiations with Ethiopia and Egypt on the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) unless a mediation body has been established, according to Sudanese Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources.
